South Africa batter Jordan Hermann has been ruled out of the remainder of the five-match T20I series against New Zealand after suffering a right hamstring injury.
Debuting for South Africa, Hermann sustained the injury while fielding during Sunday's first T20I at the Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui and was unable to take further part in the match. Scans have since confirmed a grade two tear.
South Africa haven't named a replacement for Hermann.
The visitors lead the series 1-0 after a seven-wicket win in the first T20I.
