The 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup will be held from June 1–29, 2024 in the United States and West Indies.
A record 20 teams will compete in the tournament, including Canada and Uganda for the first time, and the USA as co-host.
The 20 teams will be split into four groups of five, and the top two teams from each group will advance to the Super 8s round. The Super 8s teams will then be split into two groups of four, and the top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage.
Tickets can be purchased online at tickets.t20worldcup.com using MasterCard or Visa debit or credit cards. Tickets can be purchased from anywhere, including outside the Caribbean and USA.
The 2024 ICC T20 World Cup is the ninth edition of the T20 Cricket World Cup, a biennial T20I (Twenty20 International) tournament organized by ICC (International Cricket Council) contesting men’s national cricket teams from across the world. It is scheduled to be co-hosted by the United States and West Indies from 1st to 29th of June 2024. T20 world cup 2024 will also be the first international World Cup to feature matches played in the United States and West Indies outside of America. The tournament format will be Twenty20 International, meaning each match will have 20 overs.
On Monday, 29 April, 2024, New Zealand was the first to announce their squad for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024. Additionally, they also launched their new kit for the tournament on the same day.

In May 2023, CWI began the bidding process for hosting countries in the Caribbean region and USA willing to host the matches of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. In November 2023, it was reported that Spain's most considerable cricket ground, Trinidad's Queen's Park Oval would not host any world cup tournaments and the fixtures be moved to the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, San Fernando.
Qualification: The 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup will feature a record 20 teams. The top eight teams from 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup, the next two teams in the ICC Men's Twenty20 International Team Rankings, and eight teams determined by regional qualifiers will participate.
The 20 qualifying teams are divided into four groups of five teams, and the top two teams from each group will advance into the Super 8 round.
The remaining two automatic qualification places were taken by the best-ranked teams in the ICC Men's T20I Team Rankings which had not already secured a place in the finals, as of 14 November 2022.

The Super 8s level will begin on June 19th, and the semi-finals are scheduled for June 26th and 27th, and the final of ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 will take place on June 29th in Bridgetown, Barbados.
