The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is an International Cricket Championship which is organized by The International Cricket Council. 16 different teams become a part of this tournament, out of which 10 teams are decided as per their international rankings and the rest 6 compete in the T20 World Cup Qualifier.
The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup tournament held in 2022 was the eighth world cup tournament that got kick started on 16th October 2022 and halted on 13th November 2022. England second time became the champions as they won in 2022 by defeating Pakistan in the finals by five wickets. Sam Curran was declared the “Player of the Match” as well as the “Player of the Tournament”
Adelaide, Brisbane, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney cricket stadiums hosted the matches which were held in Australia. Although ICC T20 World Cup is held every 2 years, so it was scheduled in 2020.
