The 2024 Lanka Premier League (LPL) marks its fifth edition, continuing as a premier Twenty20 franchise cricket tournament in Sri Lanka. Organized by Sri Lanka Cricket, this year’s tournament is set to kick off on July 1st, 2024, with the final match scheduled for July 21st, 2024.
In this season, five franchise teams will compete in a double round-robin format followed by exciting playoffs. Notably, B-Love Kandy will enter the league as the defending champions, adding an extra layer of anticipation to their performance.
