Australia have named a 15-player squad for their upcoming white-ball tour of the West Indies, with wicketkeeper Tahlia Wilson earning her maiden call-up and Sophie Molineux set to lead the side across both formats.
The squad also includes Lucy Hamilton and Nicola Carey, both of whom retain their places after being part of Australia's recent series against India. Meanwhile, Grace Harris is the most notable omission from the T20 side that played India, while Annabel Sutherland will miss the tour as part of a workload management plan.
Molineux, who recently captained in the T20I leg of the series against India, missed the final two ODIs due to a back issue. According to the selectors, she has made good progress and is set to lead the team in her first full series as captain across formats, although she may pick and choose the matches she plays.

"Sophie was terrific during the recent T20 series against India and has already begun shaping her leadership style and this tour will be another important step in continuing to define how she wants to lead the side," said national selector Shawn Flegler.
"Sophie is progressing well and is expected to be available to play. We'll prioritise the T20 matches and continue to assess her across the ODI series," he added.
Regarding the absence of Sutherland and Harris, Flegler said: "Annabel will miss the series as part of a proactive management plan after a significant workload over the past 12 months, and we believe the extended rest will help ensure she's at her best ahead of the World Cup.
"Grace has missed selection, but we obviously know what she's capable of and she remains firmly in our thinking ahead of the World Cup."
The tour, scheduled from March 19 to April 2, will feature three T20Is and three ODIs played across St Vincent and St Kitts. The ODI leg forms part of the ICC Women's Championship.
"This tour marks the beginning of a new era for the side, with Sophie taking the reins across all formats and a new-look batting line-up following Alyssa's retirement," Flegler said. "Being the final series before the T20 World Cup, it's a great opportunity for the group to refine our plans against a challenging opposition."
