Legends League Cricket (LLCT20) 2022 was the second season of an international T20 cricket league featuring former international cricketers and organized by Absolute Legends Sports Pvt. This league was licensed by the BCCI and was governed by Ravi Shastri, a former Indian player, and coach of the Indian men's national cricket team.
Following the successful first edition, LLCT20 announced the adoption of an updated format for the 2nd edition of this league. This edition was hosted in India between 16 September and 5 October 2022.
In contrast to the first edition, which was based on regions, the second edition was based on franchises. Four new teams were announced: India Capitals, Bhilwara Kings, Gujarat Giants, and Manipal Tigers, each owned and operated under private ownership. A number of former international cricketers have confirmed their involvement in the league.
The tournament was a great success and was watched around the world by a large audience. The Indian Capitals won the second edition of LLCT20.
