The 2023 International League T20, also known as the DP World ILT20 2023 for sponsorship reasons, was the inaugural season of the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB)'s top-level professional 20-over cricket league, the International League T20 (ILT20). This is the first edition of this league. The tournament was originally scheduled to start in January and February 2022, but it was rescheduled to start in January 2023. Six teams will compete. The official fixtures were announced on November 29 with the League scheduled to begin on January 13 and conclude on February 12.
The inaugural title of this tournament was won by Gulf Giants against Desert Vipers by 7 wickets.
The tournament operates on a points system, where positions are determined by the total number of points earned. Points were awarded in the following order:
