The Indian women's cricket team toured New Zealand in February 2022. This tour featured 1 Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) and 5 Women's One Day Internationals (WODIs). WODI matches were used as preparations for the 2022 Women's Cricket World Cup, which is also taking place in New Zealand. Moreover, WODI matches were also part of the ICC Women's Championship 2022-2025, organized by the ICC.
Initially, North New Zealand was to host matches on the tour. Nevertheless, New Zealand Cricket announced on 27 January 2022 that all the matches would now take place at John Davies Oval.
The series began with a one-off WT20I match, which New Zealand won by 18 runs. The WT20I series was won by New Zealand 1-0. After that, they played 5 match WODI series in which New Zealand won 4 matches and India won only 1. The New Zealand team won the WODI series 4-1.
