The ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 schedule has been released by the governing committee of cricket worldwide ICC. This edition of the world’s prestigious cricket league is going to be held in India from Oct 5, 2023, to Nov 19, 2023. The upcoming game will feature a total of 10 teams which include India, Afghanistan, England, Pakistan, New Zealand, South Africa, and Bangladesh, and other remaining teams are yet to be decided. India has secured its place as a hosting country as per the World Cup schedule The World Cup Qualifiers round is still going that are going to select the remaining teams for this exciting tournament.
There will be a total of 10 venues all around India - Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Dharamshala, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
According to the ICC World Cup schedule, Thiruvananthapuram and Guwahati will host warm-up matches from 29 September to 3 October in addition to Hyderabad.
The format of the tournament will be a round-robin format where each team will face the other 9 teams once in the whole series. In the end, the top four teams will make their way to the semi-finals and decide who will take this premier trophy to their home.
