Rajasthan Royals batter Jos Buttler catches up with Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant ahead of RR vs DC and their exchange is simply hilarious. Pant returned to action in IPL 2024 after being on the sidelines since December 2022 following a horrific car crash.

While enquiring about Pant’s journey to his comeback, Buttler jokes that the southpaw was patient during his injury but never while he was batting. DC will take on RR on March 28 in match number 9 of IPL 2024.

Back at the field after 453 days, Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant made a comeback to competitive cricket. But it wasn’t the comeback that Pant was probably expecting. A bit rusty, a bit out of sync, Pant could only managed to score 18 runs from 13 balls. But it is safe to say, expectations weren’t too high from the 26-year-old southpaw.

He might not have hit any sixes, but Rishabh Pant managed to smash 2 boundaries. Batting with a strike rate of 138.46, Pant’s short stay was a bliss for the die-hard Delhi Capitals fans.
