BCCI Secretary Jay Shah inaugurated the new National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru, now named the BCCI Centre of Excellence. This state-of-the-art facility spans over 40 acres and features three cricket grounds, 86 pitches, and a SubAir system designed for optimal pitch maintenance.
The NCA aims to serve as a hub for nurturing cricketing talent and advancing sports science in India. Shah emphasized the facility’s role in revolutionizing cricket training and infrastructure, reflecting his commitment to enhancing the future of the sport in the country.
