At Senwes Park, Potchefstroom, the squads, Ireland and Indonesia women came against each other for ICC T20 U19 World Cup. Ireland won the toss and opted to bat first. 

Rebecca Gough and Siuin Woods came to open the batting attack on the opening bowling of Ni Luh Dewi. In the first over only, Woods lost her wicket and the right-handed batter, Annabel Squires came to the crease. In the 2nd over, Gough bought the first four for the side. After 3 overs, Ireland women got a score of 18-2. 

In the 4th over, Gough slammed three boundaries and two more in the immediate over. Scoring 27 runs in 17 balls, Gough lost her wicket to Ariani and the right-handed batter, Zara Craig came to the crease. 

After 6 overs, Ireland women crossed the half-century with a score of 54-3 and the score shifted to 82-3 after 10 overs. 

With Dempsey smacking multiple fours, the side crossed the century, standing at a score of 114-3. Adding 50 off 38, Dempsey lost her wicket to Ariani and the right-handed batter, Abbi Harrison came to the crease. After 18 overs, Ireland jumped to a score of 145-4. 

In 20 overs, Ireland women posted 156 runs on the scoreboard with a loss of 5 wickets. 

Chasing down the target of 157, Gusti Ulansari and Kadek Kurniartini unveiled the batting attack on the opening bowling of Georgina Dempsey. In the 2nd over, Ulansari lost her wicket to McCartney and the right-handed batter, Ni Luh Dewi came to the crease. After 3 overs, Indonesia women got a score of 12-2 and the score shifted to 30-3 after 7 overs. 

Scoring 11 runs in 21 balls, Weo lost her wicket to Zara Craig. After 12 overs the side crossed the half-century with a score of 55-5. After 16 overs, Indonesian women jumped to a score of 83-5. 

In 20 overs. The Indonesian women team scored 107 with a loss of 8 wickets and lost the match by 49 runs.
