Sri Lanka and Afghanistan will face each other in the third and final ODI of the series. Afghanistan won the first ODI of the series and led by 1-0 and Sri Lanka won the second ODI of the series and leveled the series by 1-1. The third and final ODI match will be the decider of the series.
In the first match, Afghanistan had shown the allround performance as batter and bowler did a tremendous job. Ibrahim Zadran and Rahmat Shah made a great partnership in the first match. Every bowler took a wicket.
In the second ODI match, Sri Lankan batter did an amazing job and discord 300-plus runs. Nabi and Fareed Ahmad were the two successful bowlers with two wickets. Afghanistani batter has failed to deliver in the previous match except few performances. Ibrahim Zadran scored a half-century and it was his back-to-back half-century in the last two matches. Rahmat Shah had also a great start but couldn’t capitalize the great start into the big one. However, his good form will help Afghanistan. Skipper Hashmatullah Shahidi has also played a captaincy knock by scoring a half-century.
