RPSG Ventures Ltd. owns The Lucknow SuperGiants at a valuation of INR 7090 crores while Irelia Company Pvt. Ltd. (CVC Capital Partners) owns The Gujarat Titans at a valuation of INR 5625 crores. With both new franchises sparing no expense and employing a forward thinking selection approach by taking calculated risks, they have demonstrated the way forward for the older franchises.

IPL 2022 matches

The 70 games are scheduled to take place at 15:30 hrs and 19:30 hrs and will be played between 10 teams in the group stage and the single hub model has proposed the following stadiums to be used for play during the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League.

· Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai 20 Matches

· Brabourne Stadium (CCI), Mumbai 15 Matches

· DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai 20 Matches

· MCA International Stadium, Pune 15 Matches
