Morrisville Samp Army and Northern Warriors locked horns in the 27th match of T10 League 2022 at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, on 2 Dec 2022.

Northern Warriors won the toss and opted to bat first. The first inning started with Lyth and Usman Khan at the crease, and Cottrell opened the attack. In the second ball of the first over, Cotrell dismissed Lyth. Usman Khan and Powell were also gone in the 2nd over. Kennar tried to uplift the game but could not do so, as Pretorious also dismissed him in the 3rd over after scoring 5 runs.

At the end of 5 overs, the Northern Warriors scored 46 runs with a loss of 4 wickets. The 59 runs partnership of Adam Hose and Ruther form ended when Pretorious dismissed Rutherford in the 8th over. Adam Hose hit 4 back-to-back sixes in the 9th over to make a good run chase for the opposition. Northern Warriors finished the first inning with 117 runs with a loss of 7 wickets.

The second started with Charles and Karin Jannat on the crease, and Irfan opened the attack. On the first ball of the second inning, Irfan sent back Charles. The 64 runs partnership of Hetmyer and Karin ended when Udana dismissed Karin in the 5th over. MSA completed 75 runs with a loss of 2 wickets in 5 overs. Irfan credited one more wicket of Miller in the account of NW in the 6th over.

Karunaratne and Pretorius took their pace after the 7th over and finished the match in 8.3 overs after putting the crown over the head of MSA. Morrisville won the match by 5 wickets.
