At Hagley Oval, Christchurch, Canterbury and Northern Knights came to the middle. With both the captains on the pitch, the latter team won the toss and opted to field first.

Struggling hard, NK boys crossed the century, standing at a score of 106-9 after 18 overs. 

In 18.1 overs, NK scored 106 runs with a loss of 10 wickets and lost the match against CNTBRY by 48 runs.
