Chris Gayle’s heroic inning of 175 runs against Pune is still the highest individual score in T20 cricket. He scored 175 runs in 66 balls with the help of 13 fours and 17 sixes. Australia comes next after RCB in the list. They scored 263 runs against Sri Lanka on 6 September 2016. Glenn Maxwell hit 145 runs in 65 balls with the help of 14 fours and 9 sixes, and other players also contributed to the team reaching 263 runs. Sri Lanka only reached 178 runs in the reply and lost the match by 85 runs.
North West
On 15 September 2018, North West hit 262 runs against Limpopo in the Africa T20 cup. They also secured their place on the list. Wihan Lubbe and Nicky van den Bergh played magnificently well to score 262 runs.
Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka comes to the list, they scored 260 runs against Kenya. It was the start of the T20 era, and Sri Lanka hit 260 runs against Kenya in the T20 world cup in 2007.
