For the run chase of 173, Lyth and du Plessis came to the middle on the bowling of Joel Paris. In the 2nd over, Plessis smacked two fours and a six and two fours and two sixes and the side got a score of 43 after 3 overs. Scoring 32 in 16 balls, Plessis got a dismissal from Patrick Dooley. 

After 6 overs, PRS crossed the half-century, standing at a score of 51-3. In the 12th over, Inglis drilled a six and a four on the over from Nathan Ellis, crossing the century with a score of 108 with a loss of 3 wickets. In the immediate over, Inglis bought two boundaries and the score moved up to 130-4 after 14 overs. 

Inglis put up a huge score of 62 in 37 balls and got a dismissal from Dooley in the 16th over. After 16 overs, the side reached a score of 139-6.
