With Gulbadin Naib and Ibrahim Zadran on field, the side crossed the half-century with a score of 50-2 after 7 overs. Zadran and Naib paired up for some good partnership and helped their team cross the century. Getting a score of 26 in 33 runs, Zadran lost his wicket to Zampa.
After 15 overs, Afghanistan batters successfully crossed the century while standing at a score of 106-6 after 15 overs.
With Darwish and Rashid Khan on pitch, Afghanis jumped to a score of 112-6 after 16 overs. In the 18th over, khan bought two back-to-back sixes on the bowling over from K Richardson.
In the AFG vs AUS match, Australia took the lead by defeating Afghanistan by 4 runs, restricting them at a score of 164 in 20 overs losing 7 wickets.
